Returns

Thank you for shopping at Fathom & Co. We know that ordering things online can be risky since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, because of this we are happy to offer free returns* on all U.S. Orders. Please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you think that you've received a defective item or you are just not completely satisfied with your online purchase, *you have 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to complete a free return. We do have certain policies that must be followed if you wish to return your item :

STORE POLICIES

  • Items purchased online are NOT returnable in our brick and mortar stores.    
  • Return for refund (to the original card provided at checkout—no exceptions) is available within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased your items.
  • In order to receive a full refund or online credit, returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and all tags must still be attached.
  • Beauty/ Cosmetic / Bath Items (i.e.. soaps, lotions, perfumes, make-up and items of the like) are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories (ie Bags, Jewelry, Hats and Items of the like) are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return
  • Prices online can differ from our prices in our brick in mortar stores.
  • Online Return Policies apply to any orders placed over the phone in our Brick and Mortar Stores

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to refuse or deny a full refund based on the returned condition. If you would like the damaged items back you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will accept returns without a prepaid label, however, we are unable to refund for any shipping paid by the customer. If the prepaid label has insufficient funds please let us know before shipping. Contact sales@fathomandco.com

START ONLINE RETURN:

1. Please refer to the return policy above to ensure your return meets the criteria stated.
2. Go to fathom-co.returnly.com to start your return.
3. Enter your e-mail and follow instructions on how to return your item(s) 
4.Print your pre-paid shipping label and attach it to the original box (remove any old shipping labels) .
5.Drop your box to any authorized USPS shipping centers.
6. Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. 
7. Once your returned item(s) has been processed and approved by our staff, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.
